This is a technique used to treat the fascia to help relax muscle tissue.  It is  used in conjunction with Holistic Massage Therapy and Somatic Trauma Therapy

 This program utilises multiple holistic therapies and modalities to help women succeed in being the weight that is healthy and nourishing for them.
