My Approach

 

My approach is to use different modalities of body work to support the body in order for individuals to heal and to thrive in life.

 

How is this done?

This is done by using a combination of approaches.  The main focus of my practice is to work with trauma through Somatic Trauma Therapy.  Scientific research has found that many forms of physical pain and emotional suffering are a result from some form of  past trauma.  Where is trauma stored? Trauma is stored in the body.

I also offer Holistic Massage Therapy and Myofascial Release which helps support the body to function more efficiently and helps calm and soothe the nervous system.

Can sessions be done online?

Somatic Trauma Therapy Sessions can be done online or in person.  Sessions are done online via zoom with those in the United States and anywhere in Europe.
